Though the arts can be an invaluable medium of communication and exploration in therapy, I am also trained and qualified to provide talking therapy.

If you are uncomfortable using the arts you will never be required to use them, they are always on offer but therapy can be limited to talking if this is preferred.
​
If you are uncertain about which approach might suit you better, feel free to express your uncertainty and we can explore what might work best together.

I work with many different difficulties. I have areas of special interest, including: learning disability, autism / ASD, pre and post-natal depression, emotional abuse, identity issues, low self-esteem, relational issues, self-development, spiritual growth and exploration. However, I work with a wide variety of presentations:
